In accordance with current legislation about the protection of personal data in Peru, the user gives his consent to Kendo Corporation S.A. (Kendo) to process his personal data provided in this form or subscription. These data will be incorporated into a personal data bank owned by Kendo in order to be kept and used to send the user communications, including, without limitation, invitations to activities convened by Kendo or its business partners, articles, educational material, as well as to contact the user for advertising and commercial prospecting. Likewise, the user authorizes Kendo to transfer this data to its business partners and sponsors for the purposes set out in the previous paragraph. These data will be kept as long as they are considered useful for the purposes described in the preceding paragraph; under appropriate security measures that guarantee its correct treatment and confidentiality, being Kendo authorized to disclose such data only in the cases of exception provided for in the applicable rules.
